Honoring

Michael Dupree & Michael Fleischer

As we look forward to a rejuvenation we honor Michael Fleischer and Michael Dupree who have supported the garden since its early days.

The annual Design Lecture is our signature fundraising event, raising essential funds to maintain and preserve the walled and wild gardens designed by Beatrix Farrand in 1912.

This year, our fundraising need is greater as we begin a multi-year, ambitious Rejuvenation of the Walled Garden — from the historic wall itself to hedges, pathways, and plantings that must meet the demands of the 21st century.

In addition, funds support cultural and educational programs in the garden for diverse audiences of all ages.

Beatrix is with us all the way.
